Laptop usb ports stopped working

01/03/2014 · I have an Acer Aspire E1-570 laptop purchased in November and already the two USB ports on the right hand side are not working. I have plugged the keyboard and mouse in to the USB ports on the right and they don't work. If I plug them into the port on the left, they do work ! Is there anything I can do to get these fixed or do I have to return the laptop to Acer ? Hope you can help and thanks
