For example, when I click on Settings, it just opens a new tab with the address bar reading "chrome://settings/", and the page is grey and nothing shows up. So I closed Google chrome with task manager, now when I try to load it up it does not load. If I hover over the icon the page is apparently up and if I press a notification I can see the page but the tab won't come up.
